Driven by his love and respect for tradition, our grandfather -also known as\u00a0Barba-Andreas\u2013 used to wake up every morning, before sunrise, to prepare the sour dough; he would go up the mountain to bring wood to light up the oven and prepare the local recipes, whose warm fragrance then spread throughout the village!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
